Mr. Weiss began his career with Feld Entertainment where he developed and implemented market-specific business plans. From there, he worked with the Capital Markets Group at National Bank of Commerce (NBC). In 1997, Weiss and partners founded Tower Ventures and developed it into the largest cellular tower company in the Mid-South.
